Since this was such a fly by post yesterday, I wanted to get back in here today and really give credit where credit is due.
First off, this card is CASE'd from one done by Alison Manning (found in the Sept/Oct 2009 issue of Paper Crafts Magazine - pg 72) so she really is the one that deserves all the credit. :)
Second, the totally FUN ruffled ribbon technique was recently brought to my attention by this wonderfully talented crafter, Lisa Johnson.
Last, and DEFINITELY not least, is the color challege itself posted by Dawn McVey.

Wow! I love everything about this card - layout, colours and you've done a fab job with the ribbon.
